Pricing models
Select the pricing structure that best fits your financial planning: a fixed Rate Card (predetermined fixed rates per vehicle class and service tier with zero surge pricing), a Programme Quote for defined corporate initiatives or summits, or a Dedicated-Vehicle Monthly Retainer. All rates are locked into the master agreement and cannot change mid-term without written mutual consent.
Contract terms
We offer master framework agreements tailored from 6 to 36 months. Critical service standards are contractually codified: emergency booking response times under 15 minutes, strict vehicle age limitations (vehicles under 24 to 36 months old), and immediate replacement vehicle dispatch in the event of unscheduled maintenance.
